I have been licensed to teach Principals of Real Estate and Real Estate Finance in the state of Virginia for 15 years, spent years as a Director of Atlantic Bay Mortgage University where I helped bring new people into the industry. Wrote and had approved by the NMLS a required pre-licensing curriculum and coached numerous Mortgage Loan Officers who are now among some of the top in our industry.
