NOTICE TO STUDENT
Our courses are NON-REFUNDABLE however we will allow a 30-day extension upon written request.  All questions pertaining to registration, refunds, school policy, course content, explanation of state licensing law, final exams (if applicable), and completion certificates should be addressed to info@EaglesARE.com.

All special accommodation questions and requests should be directed to the school Director at Director@EaglesARE.com prior to registering for the course.

COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
Each course will have its own completion requirements and by purchasing the course you are agreeing to those requirements.

Some courses will have final exams that require only a passing score and may be retaken as often as necessary to achieve that passing score. Others require Proctored Course Final Exams. Proctored exams are exams that must be monitored or recorded by a proctor or a monitoring system, and then reviewed.  Your exam and passing score are subject to review by Eagles Academy of Real Estate, and if anomalies are detected, Eagles has the right to void the score and request a retake by the student.

STUDENT CONDUCT POLICY
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. The use of a cell phone, computer, or other communication device in a disruptive manner is prohibited. An instructor or the Director may request that these items be removed. These items are not allowed during an exam unless the exam itself is taking place through these devices. Guests or family members are not allowed in the classroom setting. Any student who does not follow the Student Conduct Policy may be dismissed from the School by the Director without the ability to complete the course or receive a refund. Illegal substances and alcohol are not permitted on school grounds. Recordings of sessions are prohibited.

VIDEO PLAYBACK QUALITY
Certain sections of this course may include video content. The quality of video playback is dependent on the speed of your internet connection and, therefore, users with slower internet connection speeds (lower than 768kbps download) may experience “choppy” or reduced video playback quality.

To properly access our services, we recommend that you have a broadband connection to the internet with a minimum speed of at least 2Mb/s. Our courses may include streaming videos, which require higher bandwidth. We try to make our content accessible to older systems, but we cannot guarantee the quality of your internet connection, the reliability of your internet provider, or the suitability of the device you use to access our courses.
