EaglesARE® Real Estate Broker Licensing

For many, becoming a real estate broker is the goal in their career in real estate. To become a real estate broker, you must complete 36 out of the previous 48 months as a full-time real estate salesperson. You must complete 180 hours of broker approved courses and pass the states broker licensing exam. Many will start this journey at the end of their second year as a salesperson in real estate.

In Virginia only real estate brokers can own and run a real estate company. So, if this is your goal then you can start that journey with Eagles. We offer the four 45-hour course titles via correspondence/self-study approved for real estate broker-licensing education in Virginia. Of the four, Brokerage is a required course. To obtain your Brokers license in Virginia see Broker-licensing requirements here.

Once purchased, hardcopy textbooks for the course will be shipped or E-books will be emailed on the next business day from date of purchase. Additional study materials are assessable immediately. You will have 120 days from the date of purchase to complete the course. Each course has a course exam, and you will have three attempts to pass each course exam.
