This course provides a comprehensive approach, combining both content review and practice testing. The content review focuses on Virginia-specific laws and regulations, presenting concise and accurate information that is well-organized for easy memorization before the test.
However, the course also recognizes the importance of national content. The national key point reviews summarize important national principles and practices that are tested in state license exams across the country. These reviews are derived from the widely-used national textbook, Principles of Real Estate Practice.
Moreover, the national content and selection of test questions are specifically tailored to align with the state testing outline provided by PSI for Virginia. This ensures that the course covers the topics emphasized in the Virginia license exam, increasing the breadth and depth of the law reviews and test questions.
Speaking of the test questions, the practice testing section includes ten national practice tests, five state practice tests, and one sample test modeled after the state exam. These test questions are designed to reinforce your understanding of the information covered in the law reviews. They are straightforward and aim to assess your comprehension. Each question includes a brief explanation or rationale to further enhance your understanding.
