This 16 Hr. correspondence course meet both the required topics and related topics for the renewal of a Virginia real estate license. Brokers will need the additional 8 Hrs. of Broker Management and Supervision course found on our website.
Open and read the student materials or you may print the student materials. Once you have read the materials complete the course final exam which will grade instantly. You will need a 75% or better score to pass the course. This exam can be taken as many times as is necessary to pass. Once the exam is passed you will be able to print your certificate and we will submit your completion for that date to (DPOR) Dept. of Professional Occupation and Regulation/Virginia Real Estate Board. Also print the Exam Certificate and Affidavit, have it notarized and keep in your file along with your certificate.
Brokers will also need 8 hours of Broker Management and Supervision.
